The attentive staff impressed me. They were ALWAYS available. I enjoyed sitting near open fires in the sitting areas. The room featured quality furniture. I also found it convenient the location put me close to shops and restaurants.
The variety of tv channels was not great in my room.

The room was comfortable. It had quality furniture. there were open fires in the sitting areas. staff were attentive and friendly (norbert at reception was very helpful).
i found some items on the menu were not available, specifically in the bar area, a bit disappointing.

i found the spa facilities very clean and well kept. i used the heated indoor pool and the sauna. the hotel offered a good breakfast buffet with a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit.
the tv remote in my room had some scratches.
